Initiate Your Request
Log into your Playtech account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
